We are proud of our state-of-the-art Dental Office with the highest quality and best dental care available.
We treat each patient as part of our family and make them feel like our office as their home. We have two convenient locations: Jamaica/Queens (Near Jamaica LIRR Station) & Bellerose/Long Island (Near Cross Island Parkway & Jamaica Ave/Jericho Tpke.)

Making Appointment: 

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone, email or contact via our website. 

Please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. It is import to have patient forms correctly filled out ensuring the doctor to operate on time/schedule. Please bring your insurance card and information with you. 

We welcome New Patients. Emergencies are also welcomed.

Cancellation:

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we request you please kindly let us with at least 24 hours notice.
This will allow us to serve you and other patients better. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

Financial:

We want our patients to get best dental care and we will help them afford the treatment they need and desire. For patients who require major work, we can work with Patient with Payment Plan. We accept most Insurance Plans.

Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, Care Credit or any major credit card.
